The generous open plan living space at Casa James is perfect for your group to socialise and relax together. There are 2 patio doors leading out onto the large garden terrace, complete with stunning outdoor seating should you wish to dine outside or simply relax with a glass of wine overlooking the beautiful gardens.
Inside, our aim was to make Casa James ‘home from home’. We have designed the living area to the highest of standards with beautiful furniture, art work and accessories to make your holiday a 5* experience.
The fully fitted kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer and we have ensured that you have everything that you could possibly need to prepare, serve and dine at Casa James.
The lounge area has 3 comfy sofas, allowing plenty of seating space should your group wish to watch something on our state of the art 55” 4K Ultra High Definition Smart television.
Casa James has Sky available, not only in the lounge, but throughout the property. Additionally, there is Netflix so you will never be short of something to watch.
For any gamers out there, we have a PlayStation 3 both in the lounge and in the basement bedroom.
Maybe you fancy some music instead? We have a SONOS system throughout Casa James which you can connect to wirelessly from your own mobile device.
Wi-Fi is available throughout Casa James, extending to both terraces allowing our guests the freedom to roam around whilst still being able to enjoy their internet media.

At Casa James, we have not one but two fantastic terraces and, as we are the end house, we benefit greatly from beautiful, peaceful garden views on the ground floor terrace and stunning panoramic views on the roof top terrace.
Step out of the lounge patio doors to be greeted with a tranquil garden view from the ground floor terrace and with sun loungers and a luxury table and chairs to help you relax and unwind, what more do you need! The swimming pool is a stones throw away from the terrace so you can choose to relax at Casa James or use one of the sun loungers around the infinity style pool.
Casa James has a phenomenal roof top terrace boasting stunning views of the golf course, Vilamoura and beyond. Most definitely not your average roof terrace; at Casa James it comes equipped with a built in barbeque, sink, outdoor fridge and storage for plates, glasses, cutlery…. meaning you have your very own outdoor dining experience without having to keep climbing the stairs. The roof terrace has both sun loungers and a stunning luxury sofa and chairs set, creating the perfect place to unwind with a G&T in the gorgeous Portuguese sun.
The resort complex of Palmyra has a further 3 separate pool and garden areas to choose from, each unique in their own design, offering a choice of areas in which to relax and unwind. One of the defining features of the Palmyra resort is the lush tropical gardens which are lovingly maintained by our groundskeepers.

FOUR BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED BEDROOMS WITH LUXURIOUS TOUCHES AS STANDARD
DESIGNED WITH BOTH LUXURY AND COMFORT IN MIND
All 4 bedrooms have been designed with both luxury and comfort in mind. We have designed and accessorised each bedroom with a different colour scheme, giving the rooms individuality. Having a good nights sleep is paramount to your relaxation which is why all of the beds come with an upholstered headboard, pocket feather mattress with 7 comfort zones as well as a comfort foam topper. Additionally, at Casa James, we only use hotel quality linen to enhance the experience.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has black out curtains to keep unwanted light out in the mornings. Both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a balcony which is accessible from both of the 2 patio doors within the bedrooms. There is seating on the balconies where you can sit back, relax and enjoy a coffee whilst listening to some music on the SONOS that is available in every bedroom.
At Casa James, we appreciate the importance of storage and being able to put away all of your belongings – not living out of a suitcase. The master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe with hanging space, drawers and shelves. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have built in oak wardrobes giving the bedrooms an extremely airy feel with a great deal of storage space. Finally, the basement bedroom has wall-to-wall wardrobes ensuring you will never run out of space for the duration of your stay.
At Casa James, linens and towels are provided as standard and there are 2 hair dryers for you to use – one of which is a GHD hairdryer located in the master bedroom.
Each of our 4 bedrooms boasts a television from which you can watch Netflix or Sky and each room has a SONOS system.

BEAUTIFULLY FINISHED
Casa James has 3 bathroom suites in total; 2 of these are en suites to the master and the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bathroom is located on the ground floor, accessible for the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.
All of our bathrooms are beautifully finished with ceramic tiled flooring and wall tiles; with a chrome heated radiator on the wall.
In the spacious master bathroom, there are 2 sink units with integrated storage as well as a shower within a large glass cubicle and also a generous family bath with an additional shower overhead.
The 2nd en suite bathroom has a sink unit with storage and a bath with shower overhead and glass panel.
The ground floor bathroom houses a sink unit with integrated storage along with a large glass panelled shower.
Our hot water system comprises a powerful gas fired boiler providing instantaneous mains pressured hot water throughout the property, ensuring that you never run out. Additionally, each bathroom has controlled heated towel rails for cooler periods.
At Casa James, we will provide every guest with a luxury cotton bath towel, hand towel and face cloth; with a bath mat in each bathroom.

STANDARD FEATURES
PARKING
There is a private underground garage with a designated parking space for residents of Casa James with an entrance door leading directly into the basement of the property. Parking is also available directly in front of the entrance to Casa James.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has a large selection of crockery, cutlery, quality implements and glassware, including glassware for drinks for all occasions; champagne flutes, red & white wine glasses, G&T goblets….. Plastic glassware and crockery is provided for use on the terrace or at the pool area. The kitchen includes fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker to name but a few…
AIR CONDITIONING
The lounge/dining area and all of the bedrooms have electronically controlled air conditioning and this also operates as a heating system during cooler periods.
LINEN & LAUNDRY
Luxury bed linen and towels are supplied on arrival – should you require a maid service or linen replacements during your stay, please discuss this at the time of booking so the appropriate arrangements can be made. A washing machine is available for your use in the laundry room located in the basement along with a steam iron and ironing board.
AUDIO/HOME ENTERTAINMENT
There are 5 televisions at Casa James; one in each of the four bedrooms and one in the lounge, with both Sky and Netflix available on all of the televisions. There is a PlayStation available in the basement bedroom with a selection of games. The SONOS music system is also available in all of the bedrooms as well at the living area.
INTERNET
Broadband and Wi-Fi is provided and due to the Wi-Fi access points that are located on each level of the property, the Wi-Fi signal is seamless throughout Casa James.
CAPACITY
With 4 generous bedrooms, Casa James is able to accommodate up to 8 people.
ON ARRIVAL
At the entrance to Casa James is a secure key box which you will be given the code to. We leave all of our guests a small ‘Welcome Pack’ to start off your holiday.

PALMYRA
Palmyra is a gated community which is accessed using a security code. For additional peace of mind for all who stay at Palmyra, private security officers patrol and monitor the resort 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and CCTV is operated throughout the resort.

CAR HIRE
There are so many beautiful places to see in the Algarve and so many experiences to be had that we would recommend you hire a car to make the most of your holiday. We can also provide you with the details of an English speaking taxi company should you require it.
WELCOME GUIDE
On completion of your booking, we will provide you with a comprehensive guide to the ‘workings’ of Casa James. The guide will also include recommendations for eating out in the local area, suggestions for sight-seeing and any other tips we feel will be useful for planning your visit.
SUPERMARKETS
There are a variety of supermarkets within a 5/10 minute drive of Casa James, all of which stock a wonderful range of produce. The welcome pack will provide further details and directions.
FINAL NOTE
Palmyra is a luxurious family resort, therefore, Casa James is unsuitable for large single sex groups and Stag & Hen parties. The security team at Palmyra has ‘zero’ tolerance for anti-social behaviour, any such behaviour would result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
